Welcome to Beijing. Dare we say China’s party capital-- Beijing is certainly a megacity filled to the brim with things to satiate your thirst for discovery. You will arrive at Beijing Capital International Airport and get acquainted with your fellow travelers and local guide before you proceed to the hotel for check-in. You may rest your head before decidedly going out in the evening at your leisure, but make sure you return in time for the hosted dinner. You will spend your first night in Beijing.

Breakfast will be served at the hotel to greet your first morning; today you can enjoy a free day to explore Beijing on your own or join us for an eventful day as we take you to a day tour of Beijing to get to know the city and its story. This begins at Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City, a heritage site with over 90 palace quarters known for having the world’s largest collection of medieval wooden structures; You may also visit the Silk Factory if the time permits. The Summer Palace awaits with the best-preserved imperial garden in the world with landscaped gardens, pavilions, temples designed to be in harmony with nature. Next proceed for the Golden Mask Show at 5:30 pm which comes with dinner; The night will be spent in Beijing.

Prepare yourself for a jam-packed day with a sumptuous breakfast; This is a day most-anticipated as you will see one of the Greatest Wonders of the World; But first, You will visit the Jade Factory which is sacred for China, you may purchase a trinket for yourself before heading to the Great Wall of China at Juyong Pass – You will see many temples, old structures and towers alongside the Wall. Take plenty of pictures before moving on to the Bird’s Nest and Water Cube, this was the venue of the Olympic Games in 2008; Next is Xiushui Market where you will have some free time to indulge to your heart’s content, the best place in China to purchase Silk and you will find them in rows. After an eventful experience, you will proceed to your hotel and spend another night in Beijing.

On your last morning in Beijing, make sure to have a nice breakfast before checking out and heading to your next destination. Start your day with a Hutong Tour by rickshaw and then take some free time to explore the Xiushui market and Tiananmen Square for shopping. In the late afternoon, take the transfer to Beijing Airport for your flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival in Shanghai, meet your local guide and go for dinner. Afterward, check in to your hotel, where you can relax and get ready for the next day. You will be staying overnight in Shanghai.

Good morning! A hearty breakfast will be waiting for you at the hotel to kick off your day. Today, you have an option to have a free day to spend at your leisure or join the optional city tour of Shanghai followed by the Acrobatic Show. You might find it hard to believe that Shanghai was once a fishing village that has transformed into an ultra-modern city. The first part of the tour will take you to the Shanghai Tower and Oriental Pearl TV Tower (including entry to the 2nd ball). After that, we'll visit the Jade Buddha Temple, which is home to two Buddha statues brought from Myanmar. Following this, we'll explore the beauty of the Yu Garden market, located in the heart of Old Shanghai City, close to the Old City God Temple. Lunch will be a delicious refuel before heading to the Bund area for the city's best view, and then to Nanjing Road for shopping. Take some time to admire the Huangpu River and enjoy a relaxing dinner before the Acrobatic Show. We'll spend the night in Shanghai.

It's your last day in Shanghai, and your holiday is coming to an end. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel and take some time to reminisce about the wonderful memories from this trip. After breakfast, the coach will arrive to take you to the airport for your flight back to the UAE.
