Arrive at Tirana Airport and meet your guide. Travel to the historic town of Kruja, located 560 meters above sea level, northeast of Tirana. Known for its rich history dating back to the 3rd century B.C., Kruja became an important Christian center in 879. Visit the Kruja Castle, the Ottoman bazaar, and the Skanderbeg Museum. Afterward, transfer to Tirana and check in to your hotel. Overnight in Tirana.

After breakfast, depart for Shkoder, located on the shores of the beautiful lake bearing its name. Explore the ancient city, which has been inhabited since the Bronze Age, with layers of history from the Illyrian, Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman periods. Visit the impressive Shkoder Cathedral, a significant site as the spiritual heart of the Albanian Catholic Church. Take a stroll through the Rruga Kol Idromeno, a vibrant area in the heart of central Shkoder filled with charming two-story houses, lively cafes, and bars, perfect for the local tradition of "xhiro" (an evening walk). Return to Tirana for the evening. Overnight in Tirana.

After breakfast, head to Durres, one of Albania’s oldest cities, known for its large port and rich history. Founded by the Greeks in 627 B.C. as Epidamnos, the city features the impressive Roman amphitheater, the largest in the Balkans, along with medieval city walls and the Venetian Tower. Explore the amphitheater, which dates back to the 2nd century B.C. and contains a rare Christian mosaic. Next, depart for Berat, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known as the "City of a Thousand Windows." Explore the charming upper town, with its Byzantine churches, and the lower town, filled with ancient mosques. Enjoy some free time for lunch before returning to Tirana for the evening. Overnight in Tirana.
