Good morning. Today is your last day in Zanzibar. Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and get ready to check out. After this, the group is invited to some more exploration in Stone Town. Interestingly, Stone Town is one of the oldest Swahili towns in East Africa, but it’s also known for its unique blend of African, Arabic, Indian, and European influences. This makes sense since Tanzania is nestled right in the middle of it all. Stone Town has a rich history and a well-preserved old town lined with traditional houses and mosques. It’s also a very popular visit for tourists, often partaking in spice tours or shopping at the traditional market. Definitely try out some local specialities from here like grilled octopus. We hope you’ve accomplished most if not all of your must-dos when on this Tanzanian Island. After, transfer to the airport for your onward flight home. (Standard check-out time: 11:00 am)
