Day 02: Baku (Leisure Day or Optional Tour: Absheron, Burning Mountain & Old Baku City Tour) Good morning Baku! Breakfast will be served at the hotel to get you ready for the day’s agenda. You will have the day free or you may opt to join Absheron, Burning Mountain & Old Baku City Tour. Your exploration starts with the visit to Ateshgah Fire Temple, it is a castle-like religious temple in the Surakhani Town in Baku, this temple is one of the few Hindu temples in Azerbaijan which was unfortunately left desolated due to the dwindling population of Indians in Azerbaijan. Next is the Burning Mountain or Yanar Dag, it is a natural gas fire that is continuously ablaze on a hillside in the Absheron Peninsula on the Caspian Sea near Baku. Explore outside of Heydar Aliyev Center with the "ILOVEBAKU" icon. Then drive to Nizami street -Fountain Square central street of Baku which is full of shops, restaurants. Stop at the Old City of Baku, exploring its city walls and discovering rare monuments recognized by the UNESCO World Heritage. The last stop is Visit to Upland Park- Martyrs’ Lane for panoramic view to the city. The highland park Baku is the highest point of the capital of Azerbaijan. Drive back to hotel. Overnight in Baku.

Your third morning in Azerbaijan will be made perfect with breakfast served at the hotel before check out. Today, you will drive back to Gabala (220 km away, approx. 5 hrs drive). This region is most beautiful with fantastic views of the highest peak in the country. Take a ride to the cable car and admire the beauty of Gabala from above. You will also visit the Yeddi Gozel Waterfall, locally dubbed the ’Seven Beauties Waterfall’. Enjoy Nohur Lake for a breathtaking view of the Caucasus Mountains. Check in to the hotel and have the rest of the day at your own leisure. Overnight in Gabala.
